SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: November 11, 2025
1. Shipping Rates
Current shipping rates for Retsnom LLC products are as follows:
Pricing Subject to Change: Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The shipping rate applicable to your order will be the rate in effect at the time your order is placed.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for Retsnom books will begin on November 25, 2025. All pre-orders placed will be processed and shipped according to the estimated ship dates provided at the time of purchase.
3. Processing Time
Once inventory is received and available, orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
4. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Standard delivery time is 2-8 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Retsnom LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
