REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. No Returns Policy
At Retsnom LLC, we take great care in packaging and shipping our high-quality children’s books. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases once an order has been placed and shipped.
2. All Sales Are Final
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason once the order has been processed.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a book that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require:
Upon verification, we will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
4. Incorrect Orders (Our Error)
If we ship you the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and delivered to the address you provided, Retsnom LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and contacting the shipping carrier if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
